I stopped into Mizu Sushi for dinner and was impressed from the start. I kicked things off with the bang bang wings and egg rolls, and honestly, both were standout appetizers. The wings came out hot and crispy with just the right balance of sweetness, spice, and crunch…

Mizu sushi is an exciting and exotic break from the norms of Wyoming food. The staff is professional and friendly, the decor is tasteful and modern, and most importantly, the food is excellent. If you are new to sushi, I would suggest trying some of their samplers or asking the staff for recommendations. I will definitely be returning for some of their wonderful food and excellent presentation.
